Been running this 1000A rectifier for a few months now on our zinc-nickel line. The IGBT PWM control keeps output stable within 1%, which made a noticeable difference in coating consistency. The PLC touch screen interface is a huge plus—being able to monitor real-time curves and adjust parameters on the fly saves a ton of downtime. Runs 24/7 without breaking a sweat; protection features are comprehensive. Price point is fair for what you get. Five stars.
