15 hp DC link reactor, inductance 1.06mH, rated current 30A, F.H insulation class. With copper/aluminum material, robust durability and low energy consumption. DC link chokes suppress harmonics, reduce current fluctuations, and limit inrush current in rectifier or inverter systems. Widely used in VFD systems, photovoltaic power generation systems, industrial DC power supply systems, and motor drive systems.
Q1: Will the DC line reactor lower the system voltage?
No. DC reactor for vfd primarily smooths the DC bus current and suppresses harmonics; it does not directly lower the input/output voltage. During normal operation, there is only a tiny, negligible DC resistance voltage drop.
Q2: Where is the DC Reactor installed in the inverter system?
DC smoothing reactor is installed inside the inverter, in the middle of the DC bus, specifically after the three-phase rectifier bridge and before the inverter module (IGBT).
