Q1. What input and output voltages are supported by this 500 VA isolation transformer?
The default configuration steps down single-phase 220V to 110V. However, this isolation transformer supports a wide range of customizable voltages on both the primary (input) and secondary (output) sides, including 110V, 120V, 208V, 220V, 230V, and 240V. Step-up configurations (e.g., 110V to 220V) are also available. Please specify your required voltage combination when ordering.
Q2. Can this isolation transformer convert single-phase power to three-phase power, or change the frequency?
No. This single-phase isolation transformer can only convert AC voltage ā it cannot convert single-phase power to three-phase power, nor can it change the supply frequency. If you require 50Hz/60Hz frequency conversion or single-to-three-phase conversion, please refer to our frequency converter or phase converter product lines.
Q3. What is the difference between the aluminum wire and copper wire winding options?
Both options deliver the same core performance (ā„95% efficiency, ā¤35dB noise). Aluminum wire winding offers a more cost-effective choice for budget-sensitive applications, while copper wire winding provides slightly better conductivity and is preferred for environments with higher load stability requirements or longer continuous operation cycles. Copper wire transformers are available at an additional cost.
