    Q2: Can this 150W micro inverter work without the utility grid?

    No. This is a grid-tie micro inverter, not an off-grid inverter. It requires a compatible AC grid to operate. Grid-tied microinverters generally stop producing grid-connected power when the utility grid is unavailable.
